Selling Devices: Submit your device for evaluation and receive an offer based on its condition.
Buying Devices: Browse and purchase certified devices from our inventory.
Trade-Ins: Exchange your old device for credit towards another purchase.
Non-Refundable Fees: All diagnostic and inspection fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the repair is completed, declined, or the device is deemed unrepairable.
Completion Acknowledgment: By submitting payment and collecting the device, the customer acknowledges that the repair service has been completed to their satisfaction and that they have inspected the device before leaving.
Post-Service Liability: iTech Xpress shall not be held responsible for any malfunctions, damages, or issues that arise after the device has been paid for and picked up.
No Warranty Unless Stated: Unless otherwise specified in writing, services performed are not covered under any warranty. Any warranties offered are limited to the specific part or issue addressed and do not cover new or unrelated issues.
Repair Declined by Customer: If the customer declines the repair after diagnosis, the device will be returned in the condition it was received, and the diagnostic fee will still apply.
Unclaimed Devices: Devices not picked up within 30 days of service completion may be considered abandoned and subject to disposal.
Unclaimed Devices: Devices not picked up within 30 days of service completion or 45 days from the drop-off date (whichever comes first) may be considered abandoned and become the property of iTech Xpress, with the right to dispose of, recycle, or resell them without further notice or liability.
Data Loss Disclaimer: iTech Xpress is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or system reset that may occur during the repair process. Customers are strongly advised to back up their data before submitting the device.
Tamper Disclaimer: iTech Xpress shall not be liable for issues arising from prior repairs, third-party modifications, or tampering with internal components before or after our service.
Software Issues Exclusion: Our services primarily cover hardware-related problems. iTech Xpress is not responsible for any pre-existing or newly arising software issues unless explicitly included in the repair scope.
Customer Consent: By proceeding with the service, the customer agrees to all the terms outlined in this policy and acknowledges that they have read and understood the conditions prior to payment and pickup.
Devices are classified into the following conditions:
Brand New: Sealed in original packaging with all accessories included.
Like New: No signs of wear; fully functional.
Good: Minimal wear and fully functional.
Fair: Noticeable wear but functional.
Broken: Significant wear or damage but still functional.
Offers are valid for 21 days from the date they are issued.
Devices received after the validity period will be re-evaluated based on the current market conditions.
If a device's condition differs from the description provided, a revised offer will be made.

Domestic shipping is free within the United States.
Devices must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return shipping for rejected items is free under specific conditions.

Respond promptly to any communications regarding offers or adjustments.
Devices that differ from the described condition will receive a revised offer.
Customers have three (3) days to accept or reject revised offers. Rejected devices will be returned free of charge.
Devices flagged as lost or stolen.
Devices with activation locks or corporate restrictions.
Devices with unpaid balances or financing agreements.
