So I thought I was getting a great deal because the prices are very reasonable and the customer service was great, but not even a day later, my phone is overheating and I can't even turn it back on. This is why I have trust issues. I plan to go in tomorrow and demand a refund and that they fix my phone regardless. I'm so pissed. UPDATE: They fixed it under their 30 day warranty and were all very kind in their service and the owner took the time to explain what happened. Best service!

Love this place and people. They have come to my rescue on many of my devices. It's hard to check out of my business for an hour or two! So each and every time I drop off I hear "don't you worry we will take care of it, not a problem." I feel I am in the best hands literally. And prices are great too. I've had my PC Desktop repaired twice here. I've been satisfied with the results both times. Maybe a tad overcharged for what was provided, which in both cases was to replace parts.
