Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

1. Overview

     

At iTech Xpress Inc., we stand behind the quality of our repair services and products. This policy explains our warranty coverage, return process, and restocking fees so customers know what to expect.          


2. Repair Warranty


  • All repairs performed by iTech Xpress Inc. include a 90-day limited warranty from the date of service.
  •        
  • The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship related to the original repair.
  •        
  • If the same issue reoccurs within 90 days, we will re-repair the device at no additional cost.

Warranty Exclusions

           
  • New or unrelated issues not connected to the original repair.
  •        
  • Physical damage, cracked screens, liquid damage, or misuse after the repair.
  •        
  • Devices opened, tampered with, or serviced elsewhere after our repair.

3. Device Sales Warranty

           
  • All devices purchased from iTech Xpress Inc. include a 30-day limited warranty from the purchase date.
  •        
  • This warranty covers hardware defects only.
  •        
  • Software issues, user damage, or accidental damage are not covered. 

4. Return Policy

     

Because of the nature of our products and services, returns are generally not accepted except under the following conditions:

     
  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of purchase and approved by management.       
  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $50 or 20% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.       
  • The item must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories included.       
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

No returns are accepted after 15 days or for items showing damage, tampering, or missing parts.


5. Non-Refundable Items

   
  • Labor/service fees, including diagnostics or testing.      
  • Software installations, data recovery, and digital services.      
  • Gift cards, accessories, and consumables such as chargers or screen protectors.    

6. Restocking Fee

     

        All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, and administrative costs:      

     
  • $50 minimum, or       
  • 20% of the purchase price (whichever is greater).          

7.Warranty Claim Process

  
  1. Contact us at info@itechxpressinc.com or (626) 777-4747 with your receipt or invoice number.       
  2. Bring or ship the item to our service center for inspection.       
  3. Our technicians will evaluate and confirm eligibility for warranty service or return.         

8. Limitation of Liability

 iTech Xpress Inc. is not responsible for data loss, indirect damages, or loss of revenue arising from any repair or product use. Customers are responsible for backing up data prior to service.
